基于“方证相应”理论验证慢性间歇性缺氧模型气阴两虚证候属性的初步研究
Primary study on verifying the Deficiency of both Qi and Yin Syndrome attribute of chronic intermittent hypoxia mice model based on the theory of "Syndrome Differentiation through Formula Effect Assessment"
【摘要】 目的:验证慢性间歇性缺氧模型的气阴两虚证候属性。方法:选择益气养阴的代表方生脉散干预模型,考察其对模拟气阴两虚证的各项指标的影响。结果:生脉散能够显著改善慢性间歇性缺氧诱导的小鼠体重,摄食量,自发活动,心电图等各项指标的异常改变,使小鼠体重及摄食量增加,自发活动和心率趋于稳定,T波随缺氧时间的延长无显著增高;断尾出血时间与模型组比较明显延长。结论:益气养阴的代表方生脉散能显著改善模拟气阴两虚证的慢性间歇性缺氧小鼠各项指标的异常改变,从"以方测证"的角度初步证实了模型的气阴两虚证候属性。
【Abstract】 Objective: To confirm the Deficiency of both Qi and Yin Syndrome(DQYS) attribute of the chronic intermittent hypoxia animal model;Methods: Sheng-mai-San(SMS),one of the typical formulae of benefiting qi and nourishing yin was chosen to observe it’s influence on the index simulating the clinical features of DQYS.Results: SMS can significantly improve the abnormal changes including body weight,food intake,locomotive activity and electrocardiogram,etc induced by chronic intermittent hypoxia,it can increase the body weight and food intake,make the locomotive activity and heart rate stable,prevent T wave elevating and prolong the bleeding time.Conclusion: The typical formula of benefiting qi and nourishing yin can improve the abnormal changes induced by chronic intermittent hypoxia,the study primarily confirmed the DQYS attribute of chronic intermittent hypoxia mice model from the point view "Syndrome Differentiation through Formula Effect Assessment".
