【摘要】 目的:用气相色谱法测定"冬病夏治"贴膏中的冰片含量。方法:以水杨酸甲酯为内标物,采用内标物预先加入法,弹性石英毛细管柱Agilent HP-5(30m×0.32mm,0.25μm),FID检测器,氮气为载气,柱温为100℃。结果:在该色谱条件下,冰片中异龙脑和龙脑及内标物水杨酸甲酯均得到良好的分离,冰片进样量在0.2785～5.5700mg/mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9999),冰片的回收率为99.86%(RSD=2.01%)。结论:该法灵敏、准确,重复性好,可用于控制该制剂的质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish the determination for synthetic borneol in paste of treatment of Winter Diseases in Summer by GC.Methods:The internal standard method was employed.Methyl salicylate,used as the the internal standard,was added to the sample before treatment.The GC system was consisted of Agilent HP-5 column(30m ×0.32mm,0.25μm),nitrogen was as the carrier gas,column temperature at 100℃,and FID as the detector.Results:Synthetic borneol(borneol and isobomeo1)and methyl salicylate were separated well under the chromatographic condition.Borneol had the good linearity in the range of 0.2785～5.5700mg/mL(r=0.9999).The average recovery of synthetic borneol was 99.8%(RSD=2.01%).Conclusion:The method is sensitive and accurate,and can be used to control the quality of the preparation.更多还原
