【摘要】 目的:观察贺州土瑶整脊疗法联合烫熨疗法治疗胃食管反流病的临床疗效。方法:将60例胃食管反流病患者随机分为两组,对照组30例常规服用多潘立酮及兰索拉唑,治疗组30例在常规治疗基础上加用贺州土瑶整脊疗法联合烫熨疗法,两组疗程均为4周,比较两组患者治疗前后临床症状、胃镜下黏膜表现。结果:临床症状总有效率治疗组为86.7%,对照组为76.7%,两组间疗效比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);胃镜下食管炎症总有效率,治疗组为83.3%,对照组为73.3%;两组间比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:常规治疗基础上加用贺州土瑶整脊疗法联合烫熨疗法在胃食管反流病的治疗上可明显改善临床症状及胃镜下表现,提高综合治疗的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease with the combination of Hezhou Tuyao chiropractic manipulative therapy and ironing therapy.Methods:60 cases with GERD(gastroesophageal reflux disease)were randomly divided into two groups.30 cases of the control group conventionally took the domperidone and lansoprazole,whereas the Hezhou Tuyao chiropractic manipulative therapy combined with the ironing therapy were added to the other 30 cases of the treatment group who were received routine treatment.The two courses of treatment were 4 weeks,clinical symptoms and endoscopic mucosal manifestations of the cases with GERD were compared before and after the treatment.Results:The total efficiency of the treatment group of the clinical symptoms was 86.7% and 76.7% of the control group.For the comparison of efficacy between the two groups,the difference was significant(P<0.05).The total efficiency of endoscopic esophageal inflammation of the treatment group was 83.3% and that of the control group was 73.3%.Between the two groups,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Adding Hezhou Tuyao chiropractic manipulative therapy combined with the ironing therapy on the basis of conventional therapy to the treatment of GERD(gastroesophageal reflux disease)can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and the endoscopic performance and then enhance the efficacy of integrated treatment.更多还原
