舒愈膏外敷对脑缺血模型大鼠肢体功能、血流变学及脑血流量的影响

【摘要】 目的:观察舒愈膏外敷对脑缺血模型大鼠肢体功能、血流变学及脑血流量的影响。方法:采用电凝法制备局灶性脑缺血大鼠模型,舒愈膏组予舒愈膏外敷左上肢,观察大鼠Bederson评分、血流变学及脑血流量情况。结果:在改善肢体功能方面,舒愈膏组Bederson评分与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),舒愈膏组优于模型组;在全血中切、低切、红细胞聚集指数、Casson屈服应力方面,舒愈膏组与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01),表明舒愈膏组在改善血流变学指标方面优于模型组;在提高脑血流量方面舒愈膏组与模型组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05),舒愈膏组优于模型组。结论:舒愈膏可以改善脑缺血模型大鼠肢体活动功能障碍,改善大鼠血流变学指标,提高大鼠脑血流量。

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the influence of external application of Shuyu Plaster on extremity function,hemorheology and cerebral blood flow in cerebral ischemia rats.Methods:The focal cerebral ischemia rats were made by electric coagulation.The Shuyu Plaster group was given external application of Shuyu Plaster on the left upper extremity,and the Bederson score,hemorheology and cerebral blood flow in rats were monitored.Results:On restoration of extremity function,there was significant difference between the Shuyu Plaster group and the model group(P<0.05);the Shuyu Plaster group was better than the model group.Compared with the model group,the Shuyu Plaster group was significantly better in blood viscosity of middle shear rate(ηbM)and low shear rate,RBC aggregation and Casson yield stress(P<0.05 and P<0.01,respectively);there was significant difference between the model group and the Shuyu Plaster group on cerebral blood flow(P<0.05),it showed the Shuyu Plaster group was also better than the model group.Conclusions:It indicates that the Shuyu Plaster group can improve extremity function and hemorheology index,and increase cerebral blood flow in cerebral ischemia rats.
