【摘要】 目的:评价葛根素治疗四肢外伤性肿胀的临床疗效。方法:在合适患者中选择58例作为治疗组,66例作为空白组,治疗组使用注射用葛根素400mg加入0.9%氯化钠注射液250mL中静滴,2h滴完,1日1次,10天为1个疗程;空白组除不加注射用葛根素外其余与治疗组完全一致。结果:治疗组和空白组四肢外伤性肿胀前后症状评分变化有明显差异(P<0.01);治疗组肿胀前后评分差值变化和空白组相比有明显差异(P<0.05);在临床疗效中,治疗组总有效率达96.55%,空白组总有效率为68.18%。总的各项指标治疗组均优于空白组。结论:注射用葛根素应用于四肢外伤性肿胀的治疗具有良好的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To value clinical efficacy of puerarin on traumatic four limb swelling.Methods: 124 cases accordance with inclusion criteria were randomly assigned into treatment group(n=58) and control group(n=66).In the treatment group,puerarin injection 400mg in 0.9% NS 250mL was given daily by intravenous drip(in 2hours) once a day.While the patients in the control group received the same treatment as the treatment group without application of puerarin injection.Results: Obvious difference in score of swelling of traumatic four limb swelling was found between the two groups after treatment(P<0.01).The differential value of score for swelling was significant in the treatment group after treatment compared with the control group(P<0.05).As for clinical efficacy,the total effective rate in the treatment group is 96.55%,the control group is 68.18%.In short,All indexes in the treatment group were better than that in the control group.Conclusion: It is highly valuable that injection of puerarin is used to treat traumatic four limb swelling.更多还原
