【摘要】 目的:为了提高稳定中医调经疗效。方法:解构《千金方》月经不调篇,并结合临床体会,探析孙思邈对月经不调的学术思想及临床经验。结果:孙思邈调经学术特色鲜明,有多方面与现今不同,主要有:①病机上强调"胞中风寒"、"忧恚"内伤、"产""堕"瘀血导致月经失调;②治法上,善于攻下化瘀,慎用补益,善用辛热,寒温并用。结论:孙思邈独特的调经学术思想和临床经验,值得现今妇科同仁传承、发扬。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To improve the TCM effect on irregular menstruation.Methods:Chapter of irregular menstruation in Qianjinfang was analyzed,combined with the author’s clinical experience,to discuss the academic thought and experience of SUN Si-miao for treating irregular menstruation.Results:SUN’s theories have several differences from today.First,uterus attacked by wind,anxiety,sadness and blood stasis are the main causes of irregular menstruation according to SUN.Second,it is treated with method of purging to resolving stasis.Drugs for supplementing are given cautiously.SUN prefers pungent and warm drugs.Cold drugs and warm drugs are used together.Conclusion:The unique thought and experience of SUN Si-miao on irregular menstruation should be learned and developed in current.更多还原
