【摘要】 目的:研究红藤愈萎养胃汤对慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)伴胃癌前病变患者血清胃癌相关抗原MG7(sMG7-Ag)、胃蛋白酶原(sPG)表达的影响。方法:用随机表法将90例患者分为西药组(n=30)、胃复春组(n=30)和红藤愈萎养胃汤组(n=30),检测治疗前、治疗30天及治疗60天后sMG7-Ags、PGI和sPGII水平。结果:①治疗前红藤愈萎养胃汤组sMG7-Ag(136.50±54.60)ng/Ls,PGI(121.74±26.31)μg/L,sPGII(25.40±5.08)μg/Ls,PGI/sPGII(4.80±0.52);②治疗30天后红藤愈萎养胃汤组sMG7-Ag(135.47±53.24)ng/L,sP-GI(159.55±19.27)μg/Ls,PGII(26.63±4.45)μg/Ls,PGI/sPGII(6.05±0.52);③治疗60天红藤愈萎养胃汤组sMG7-Ag(130.48±49.01)ng/Ls,PGI(188.90±14.17)μg/Ls,PGII(29.07±4.41)μg/Ls,PGI/sPGII(6.58±0.67)。结论:红藤愈萎养胃汤能提高CAG伴癌前病变患者sPGI、sPGII以及sPGI/sPGII,但尚不能显著降低sMG7-Ag。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study effect of Hongteng Yuwei Yangwei decoction on serum expression of gastric cancer-associated antigen MG7(sMG7-Ag) and pepsinogen(sPG) of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG) with gastric precancerosis.Methods:90 patients were divided into western medicine group(n=30),Weifuchun group(n=30) and Hongteng Yuwei Yangwei group(n=30) by method of random number.sMG7-Ag,sPGI,sPGII and sPGI/sPGII were tested before treatment,and after 30-day and 60-day treatment.Results:①sMG7-Ag of Hongteng Yuwei Yangwei group before treatment was(136.50±54.60)ng/L,sPGI(121.74±26.31)μg/L,sPGII(25.40±5.08)μg/L and sPGI/sPGII(4.80±0.52).②sMG7-Ag of Hongteng Yuwei Yangwei group after 30-day treatment was(135.47±53.24)ng/L,sPGI(159.55±19.27)μg/L,sPGII(26.63±4.45)μg/L and sPGI/sPGII(6.05±0.52).③sMG7-Ag of Hongteng Yuwei Yangwei group after 60-day treatment was(130.48±49.01)ng/L,sPGI(188.90±14.17)μg/L,sPGII(29.07±4.41)μg/L,sPGI/sPGII(6.58±0.67).Conclusion:Hongteng Yuwei Yangwei decoction could promote sPGI,sPGII and sPGI/sPGII of CAG with gastric precancerosis,while could not inhibite sMG7-Ag.更多还原
