【摘要】 目的探讨视频教育结合宣传册对提高手足口病患儿家庭护理的效果。方法在门、急诊抽取207例手足口病患儿,将其随机分成观察组(107人)及对照组(100人)。观察组患儿家长给予视频结合宣传册进行宣教,对照组单一采用宣传册宣教。比较两组家长家庭护理知识的掌握情况,并对两组患儿的家庭护理效果进行随访。结果宣教后,观察组家长对手足口病家庭护理知识的掌握情况好于对照组;观察组比对照组患儿症状较早得到缓解。结论视频教育结合宣传册可提高患儿家长对手足口病家庭护理知识的掌握水平,有效提高家庭护理水平,促进患儿康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of the video education with brochure on the home care education about hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD).Methods 207 children with HFMD and their parents were selected from outpatient department and emergency department.They were divided into two groups,the observation group(n= 107) and the control group(n= 100).The observation group were given education with video and brochures,and the control group were afforded education with only brochure.The home care knowledge level of parents in the 2 groups were compared before and after education,respectively.And the effects of home care in 2 groups were followed up.Results After education,the parents in the observation group mastered the knowledge of HFMD better than that in the control group,and the effects in the observation group was better than that in the control group.Conclusion Video education with brochure could help the parents to master the knowledge about HFMD,and improve parents to care and rehabilitate for the HFMD children,effectively improve the level of home care,and promote the rehabilitation of children.更多还原
