【摘要】 目的探讨针头斜面向下输液减轻阿奇霉素静脉滴注时所致疼痛的效果。方法选取静脉滴注阿奇霉素的住院患者136例,采用自身对照的方法,第1天在患者的左手采用常规方法进行静脉输注设为对照组,第2天在患者的右手对称部位采用针头斜面向下进行静脉输注设为实验组。采用主诉疼痛程度分级法评定患者静脉输注阿奇霉素时的疼痛程度。结果对照组患者的疼痛发生率为83.09%,实验组患者疼痛发生率为57.35%,两组比较,具有统计学意义(x~2=23.95,P<0.05)。结论针头斜面向下输液可减轻阿奇霉素静脉输注所致的疼痛。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of the needle bevel down in reducing the pain caused by intravenous infusion of azithromycin.Methods 136 hospitalized patients with intravenous infusion of azithromycin were selected.The patients were given intravenous infusion of azithromycin with conventional method on the first day at their left hands,it was set as control group.On the second day,they were given intravenous infusion with needle bevel down,it was set as experimental group.The pain degree of the two methods were compared with verbal rating scale(VRS).Results The incidence of pain in the control group was 83.09%,while it was 57.35%in the experimental group.There were difference between the 2 groups(x~2=23.95,P<0.05).Conclusion Needle bevel down can reduce the pain caused by intravenous infusion of azithromycin.更多还原
