【摘要】 目的:观察地骨皮饮治疗过敏性紫癜的疗效,为治疗过敏性紫癜提供临床参考。方法:在临床抗过敏、抗凝、控制诱因等治疗的基础上,应用地骨皮饮加减治疗中医辨证属虚火灼络型过敏性紫癜38例,2～3周后统计疗效。结果:总有效率为86.8%。结论:地骨皮饮治疗虚火灼络型过敏性紫癜,短期内获得满意疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect of Digupi Decoction in the treatment of allergic purpura,and provide clinical reference for the treatment of allergic purpura.Methods: On the basis of treating clinical with anti-allergy,anticoagulation and control of induction factors,the changed Digupi Decoction was applied to 38 cases of hypopyretic burning meridians and collaterals syndrome of allergic purpura.After 2~3 weeks,the statistic information was collected.Results: The total effective rate was 86.8%.Conclusion: The application of Digupi Decoction to hypopyretic burning meridians and collaterals syndrome of allergic purpura can acquire satisfactory curative effect in a short time period.更多还原
