【摘要】 目的:探讨扶正抗感膏配合耳穴贴压法治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染(RRTI)缓解期(肺脾气虚证)的临床疗效及对红细胞免疫功能变化的影响。方法:将64例患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各32例,治疗组采用口服扶正抗感膏配合耳穴贴压法治疗,对照组给予转移因子口服液口服,2组均以8周为1个疗程,随访1年。比较分析2组总疗效,检测治疗前后外周血清红细胞C3b受体花环率和红细胞免疫复合物花环率。结果:治疗组显效11例,有效17例,总有效率为93.3%;对照组显效7例,有效13例,总有效率为68.9%。2组总有效率比较,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。2组外周血清红细胞C3b受体花环率明显上升,红细胞免疫复合物花环率显著下降,但治疗组变化更为明显,差异有统计意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:扶正抗感膏配合耳穴贴压法治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染缓解期临床疗效显著,其机制与该疗法有效调节红细胞免疫功能有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To examine the clinical effect and the influence of Fuzheng Kanggan Ointment and ear point application to RBC’s immune function of recurrent respiratory tract infection children in remission period(lung and spleen qi asthenia).Methods: Randomly put 64 cases of pediatric patient equally into treatment group and control group.Treatment group were treated with Fuzheng Kangan Ointment and ear point application,while control group were treated with Transferring Factor Oral Liquid,8 weeks a course for both groups,follow up for one year.Compare the total effective rate,examine rosette rate of serum red blood cell C3b receptor and red blood cell immune complex.Results: Treatment group had 11 cases getting remarkably effective,17 cases getting effective,with a total effective rate of 93.3%.Control group had 7 cases getting remarkably effective,13 cases effective,with a total effective rate of 68.9%.The difference had statistical significance(P<0.05) in their total effective rate.The serum red blood cell C3b receptor rosette rate rose in both group,red blood cell immune complex rosette rate decreased,but the treatment got more obvious change,the difference having statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion: Fuzheng Kanggan Ointment and ear point application treatment can get obvious clinic effect to pediatric recurrent respiratory tract infection in the remission period,whose mechanism might be relative to the effective regulation of red blood cell immune function.更多还原
