【摘要】 目的:研究跟骨骨折手术中围手术期处理及手术操作过程对切口的影响。方法:选择累及距下关节的跟骨粉碎性骨折SandersⅢ型45例,全部行切开复位内固定术,术前严格掌握手术时机,术中注重操作技巧,术后进行伤口护理。结果:45例经治疗后43例甲级愈合,占95.6%,2例出现局部皮缘坏死,占4.4%。结论:选择最佳手术时间,术中避免软组织的进一步损伤,通畅伤口引流,严谨术后伤口的处理可以降低皮肤坏死的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the influence of periopertion treatment and operation process to the incision in the operation of calcaneal fracture.Method:Sanders Ⅲ 45 cases of comminuted calcaneal fracture involving the subtalar joint were treated with open reduction and internal fixation.Authors strictly controlled the operation time preoperative,paid attention to the operation techniques intraoperative and the wound care postoperative.Result:After treatment,of all 45 cases,43 cases got complete healing,2 cases appeared partial skin flap necrosis, accounting for 4.4%.Conclusion:Choosing the best operation time,avoiding soft tissue injury intraoperative,the patency of wound drainage,rigorous postoperative incision treatment can reduce the incidence of skin necrosis.更多还原
