【摘要】 目的:讨论腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术5种不同缝合方法的疗效。方法:对165例腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术的不同缝合方法进行比较分析。六种方法分别是:腹腔外配合拉线腹腔内间断"8"字缝合法(A组),腹腔内连续褥式缝合法(B组),腹腔内分层连续褥式缝合法(C组),腹腔内分层间断"8"字缝合法(D组),助手固定腹腔内连续褥式缝合法(E组)。结果:165例腹腔镜手术患者均在腹腔镜下完成手术,无一例中转开腹,A组和E组所需时间较短,术中出血量较少,与其他组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),各组均无术后并发症发生,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除手术中既简单又实用且快速有效的缝合方式,能很好地减少术中出血量,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss and compare the curative effects of 5 different laparoscopic myomectomy suture methods. Method:Different suture methods of laparoscopic myomectomy from 125 cases were analyzed. Six methods are as follows: outside the abdominal with cable combined with peritoneal intermittent "8" word suture (group A), intraperitoneal continuous mattress suture (group B), intraperitoneal hierarchical continuous mattress suture (group C),intraperitoneal layer-layer intermittent 8 word suture (group D),auxiliary fixed intraperitoneal continuous mattress suture (group E). Result:165 laparoscopic patients were completed operation with no cases of conversions opened. Compared with other groups, group A and group F needed shorter time and less blood loss during operation in a statistically significant way (P<0.05). All groups were no postoperative complications occurred in a statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion:Laparoscopic myomectomy suture which is able to reduce bleeding during operation is worthy of clinical application with simple, practical and efficient features.更多还原
