【摘要】 目的:探讨鼻内窥镜下经咽鼓管鼓室内注射庆大霉素治疗难治性内耳性眩晕的疗效。方法:18例内耳性眩晕患者于鼻内窥镜下经咽鼓管注射庆大霉素,随访2年以上。结果:18例患者中,眩晕完全控制率72.22%,总有效率88.89%。听力下降率22.22%。结论:鼻内窥镜下经咽鼓管鼓室内注射庆大霉素治疗内耳性眩晕是一种简便、有效、副作用小的治疗方案,具有临床推广应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective : To explore the efficacy of intratympanic injection with gentamicin through pharyngotympanic tube under nasal endoscope in treatment of patients with intractable inner ear vertigo. Methods : 18 cases of inner ear vertigo patients were treated by endoscopic eustachian tube injection of gentamicin. All the patients were followed up for at least two years. Results : For 18 patients, vertigo was completely controlled and the rate was 72.22%, the total efficiency was 88.89%. Hearing loss rate was 22.22%. Conclusion : Intratympanic injection with gentamicin through pharyngotympanic tube under nasal endoscope is a simple, safe, and effective method for patients with intractable inner ear vertigo.
