【摘要】 目的总结过敏性结膜炎临床特点。方法对已确诊的231例过敏性结膜炎进行临床分析。结果 231例过敏性结膜炎患者全部为中青年患者,过敏性结膜炎最常见症状为眼痒(100.00%),最常见的体征为结膜充血(100.00%),大部分合并异物感、烧灼感。其中99例合并有眼外过敏性疾病病史。结论过敏性结膜炎是一类以青中年发病为主,以眼痒及结膜充血为主要临床特点而对角膜通常没有明显影响的非感染性眼表疾病,常降低患者生活质量,但对视力无明显影响,药物治疗有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the clinical characteristic of allergic conjunctivitis.Methods The symptoms and signs of the 231 cases of allergic conjunctivitis were evaluated and analysed.Results The highest frequency of symptoms was itching and the one of signs was conjunctival conjestion.The 99 cases had history of asthma、allergic rhinitis or sensitization dermatitis.Conclusion Allergic conjunctivitis is a kind in order to young adult onset,with eye itch and conjunctival hyperemia as the main clinical features of corneal,it usually has no apparent effect on the non infectious ocular surface disease,often reduce the quality of life of patients,but had no significant effect on visual acuity,drug therapy is effective to it.更多还原
