【摘要】 目的探讨静脉注射丙种球蛋白(IVIG)对早产极低出生体重儿(VLBW)的治疗作用。方法将VLBW分为对照组、IVIG组。对照组采取常规治疗,IVIG组在此基础上于生后7d内2次静脉注射丙种球蛋白,观察两组患儿住院期间感染发生率、抗生素使用时间、住院时间。结果对照组、IVIG组在感染性疾病发生率、抗生素使用时间及住院时间方面差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 VLBW使用IVIG无明显疗效,常规预防使用并不可取,建议临床严格掌握IVIG在VLBW使用中的指征。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effection of intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG)in treatment of premature very low birth weight infant(VLBW).Methods All patients with VLBW were randomly divided into two groups:IVIG group and control group.The control group took conventional treatment.Besides,the IVIG group were treated by IVIG twice within 7 days after birth.The infection rate,the antibiotica therapy time and the hospitalization time of the two groups were observed.Results There were no significant differences of infection rate,antibiotica therapy time and hospitalization time between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion IVIG has no significant effects in preventing nosocomial infection of VLBW.IVIG must be under strict clinical indications.更多还原
