【摘要】 目的了解五莲县居民高血压及超重、肥胖患病状况,有针对性地开展慢性病综合防治工作。方法在山东省五莲县3个乡镇(街道)抽取2127名20岁以上居民进行调查。结果调查20岁以上居民2127名,高血压患病率为38.98%,超重、肥胖率为36.34%。高血压患病率,体重正常组为32.05%,超重组为48.91%,肥胖组为62.02%(P<0.01)。非条件Logistic回归分析结果,影响高血压患病的因素有性别、年龄、总胆固醇、体重指数、血糖(高血压的危险因素)、强体力活动(高血压的保护因素)。结论调查人群中高血压患病率与超重、肥胖率相关,控制体重有利于降低高血压的患病率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the prevalence of essential hypertension(EH),overweight and obesity in Wulian county.Methods Epidemiological surveys on hypertension,overweight and obesity were conducted in residents above 20 in Wu-Lian County,Shandong Province.2,127 participants were included in the survey.Results The prevalence rates of hypertension and overweight/obesity in residents above 20 in Wulian were 38.98% and 36.34% respectively.In normal body mass group、overweight group and obesity group,the prevalence rates of hypertension were 32.05%,48.91% and 62.02% respectively.The major risk factors of hypertension were male、age、body mass index、total cholesterol and fasting blood glucose.The protect factor was heavy physical activity.Conclusion The prevalence rates of hypertension and overweight/obesity were high in residents above 20 in Wulian.Control body mass could help to cut down prevalence rates of hypertension.更多还原
