纯物理方法提高难溶性药物的分散性

【摘要】 目的:研究提高难溶性药物分散度的新方法。方法:采用深度脱气法去除溶剂中可能形成导致颗粒团聚的纳米气泡,并对药物颗粒进行脱气处理。结果:在不影响药效的前提下提高了药物的分散度和稳定度。结论:采用这种纯物理方法可以使不溶性药物云芝糖肽颗粒分散并得到了相对高浓度、高稳定性的溶液。

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a novel method for increasing the dispersibility of indissoluble medicines.Methods: Deep degasing method was employed to remove the gas in the medical particles and the nanobubbles in the solvent.Results:By using this method,the dispersity of medicines was largely increased.Conclusion: The method was successfully used to increase the dispersity of a tradional Chinese medicine Yunzhitangtai,and its solution with high dispersity and stability was obtained.
