【摘要】 目的:探讨使用芬太尼透皮贴剂治疗老年肺癌患者中重度癌痛的有效性及安全性。方法:38例伴有中重度疼痛的晚期老年肺癌患者,给予芬太尼贴剂,初始剂量为25μg.h-1。观察治疗前后疼痛强度、生活质量评分和药物不良反应。结果:总有效率92.1%,其中完全缓解10例(26.3%),部分缓解25例(65.8%),轻度缓解2例(7.9%)。不良反应有恶心、便秘、头昏和呕吐等。没有发生严重肝肾功能损害及呼吸抑制。所有患者的生活质量均明显提高。结论:芬太尼贴剂能有效缓解老年肺癌患者中重度癌痛,不良反应轻,使用安全方便,并能改善患者的生活质量,可作为老年患者中重度癌痛治疗的首选。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy and safety of the transdermal fentanyl patches in eldly lung cancer patients with moderate or severe cancer pain.Methods: Thirty-eight lung-cancer patients at the age of over 65 years,with moderate or severe cancer pain,were treated with transdermal fentanyl patches.Initial dose was 2.5 μg·h-1.The degree of pain remission,quality of life and side effects were recorded.Results: The effective rate was 92.1%,with 10 case(26.3%) of complete response,25 case(65.8%) of partial response and 2 case(7.9%) of minor response.The common adverse reaction were nausea,constipation,dizzy and vomiting.The quality of life for all patients was improved greatly.No severe hepatic and renal dysfunction or aspiratory depression was observed.Conclusion: Transdermal fentanyl is effective,safe,and convenient for eldly lung cancer patients with cancer pain and can improve the quanlity of life,so it can be recommended as a first-line drug for the treatment of moderate or severe cancer pain in elderly patients.更多还原
