【摘要】 1例65岁男性患者,因一氧化碳中毒后出现走路持物不稳、反应迟钝、记忆力下降入院。为了治疗患者一氧化碳中毒引起的帕金森综合征,医嘱给予吡贝地尔缓释片50 mg,qd。患者服药1.5 h后坐起出现晕厥,当时测血压111/62 mmHg,卧床休息并补液后好转,测血压142/71 mmHg。13 d后再次服用吡贝地尔缓释片50 mg,2 h后起床去做高压氧途中出现头晕、出冷汗,伴恶心,返回病房后测血压118/65 mmHg,卧床休息后好转,测血压150/75 mmHg。患者两次服用吡贝地尔缓释片后出现类似反应,有时间相关性,又有可重复性,考虑为该药引起的不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 A 65-years-old male patient was sent to the hospital for CO poisoning-caused ataxia,slow respondence and memory loss.In order to modify the Parkinson’s symptom,piribedil sustained-release tablet 50mg,qd,was taken.The patient appeared syncope with a blood pressure value of 111/62mmHg 1.5h after taking the drug,and recovered after fluid infusion and bed rest and blood pressure returned to 142/71mmHg.He took piribedil sustained-release tablet again 13d later.2h after taking the drug,he felt dizziness,cold sweats and nausea on his way to hyperbaric oxygen therapy.The blood pressure was 118/65mmHg when he back,and also recovered to 150/75mmHg after bed rest.The patient took piribedil sustained-release tablet twice with similar adverse reactions.This was correlated with time and repeatable,therefore,it should be considered as the drug-caused adverse reactions.更多还原
