【摘要】 目的观察复方丹参注射液对急性胰腺炎(acute pancreatitis,AP)大鼠血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)及炎性介质血小板活化因子(PAF)水平的影响,从而探讨其治疗AP的作用机制。方法通过胰胆管逆行注射4%牛磺胆酸钠制作大鼠AP模型,检测复方丹参注射液治疗前后AP大鼠血清TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8、PAF水平的变化。结果复方丹参注射液治疗后AP大鼠血清TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8、PAF明显降低。结论复方丹参注射液通过降低血清TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8和PAF水平,而有效治疗实验性AP。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the influence of compound Salvia injection on serum levels of TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8 and PAF in rats with acute pancreatitis(AP),and then to probe the mechanism of compound Salvia injection in treating acute pancreatitis.Methods The rats received retrograde cholangiopancreatography injection of 4% sodium taurocholate to establish the rat model of acute pancreatitis.Serum TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8 and PAF levels both before and after the treatment of compound Salvia injection were observed.Results Serum levels of TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8 and PAF in AP rats significantly reduced after the treatment of compound Salvia injection.Conclusion Compound Salvia injection can effectively treat experimental AP through lowering serum levels of TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8 and PAF levels.更多还原
