【摘要】 目的探讨心理干预对肝肾阴虚型慢性湿疹患者生活质量的影响。方法 64例肝肾阴虚型慢性湿疹患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别于心理干预前、后采用皮肤病生活质量指数(dermatology life quality index,DLQI)问卷调查。结果心理干预治疗后的患者生活质量明显改善(P<0.01),而对照组治疗前、后无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论肝肾阴虚型慢性湿疹患者除常规的躯体治疗外,应对患者实施心理干预,有助于提高患者的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the psychological intervention on patients with chronic eczema liver-kidney Yin deficiency type impact on the quality of life.Methods 64 cases of liver-kidney Yin deficiency type chronic eczema were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The skin disease quality of life index(DLQI) questionnaire survey was made on psychological intervention before and after the treatment.Results Psychological intervention therapy of the patients improved life quality significantly(P < 0.01),whereas the control group before and after treatment had no significant change(P >0.05).Conclusion Except somatic treatment,chronic eczema patients of lever-kidney Yin deficiency type should be apply psychological intervention which is helpful to improve the quality of life of the patients.更多还原
