【摘要】 目的了解入住养老机构老人瘙痒性皮肤病的发病情况,探讨其发病原因与预防措施。方法现场收集60岁以上老人的身体健康状况和皮肤基本状况,查看皮肤发病情况并做病种分类和统计。结果 2家机构426位老人中患各种皮肤病122例,占28.6%,其中瘙痒性皮肤病97例,分别占皮肤病人数及总人数的79.5%和22.8%。结论瘙痒性皮肤病在养老机构中发病率较高,原因较复杂,给老人的身心健康和生活质量带来较大危害,应当加强防护。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the incidence of elderly itch skin disease,and to explore its causes and preventive measures in two pension institutions in Shanghai.Methods The health status and the basic skin situation of people who aged 60 and over were collected,and the incidence of skin disease was examined to make disease classification and statistical.Results In 426 elderly people of two institutions,the total prevalence rate of skin diseases was 28.6%(122 cases),including 97 cases of itchy skin disease and accounted for 79.5% of people with skin disease and 22.8% of the total elderly people respectively.Conclusion Itchy skin disease has a higher prevalence in the pension agency,and its reason is more complex.Due to bring great harm to physical and mental health and quality of life for the elderly,elderly itch skin disease should be strengthened preventive measures.更多还原
