【Abstract】 Individualism and egalitarianism are the basic commitments of Rawls’s theory of justice as fairness,however,Rawls’s international justice theory,which is systematically constructed in The Law of Peoples,unexpectedly gives up the two commitments,and thereafter is severely criticized by cosmopolitans.According to cosmopolitans,Rawls’s construction of international original position is flawed,his identification of subject of international justice is misplaced,his rejects of international retributive justice is unjustified,the reason why liberal and decent peoples endorse his truncated list of international human rights is unclear,and his standards for international tolerance is relaxed too much.Thus,Rawls himself is not a Rawlsist at the field of global justice,and this may implies that a post-Rawls time is coming in this field.更多还原
