金属锶及锶合金的制备与应用研究进展

【摘要】 金属锶及锶合金都可以采用热还原法和熔盐电解法制备,锶合金还可以采用熔炼法制备。将真空铝热还原法设备由原来的横罐炉改为竖罐炉,并采用内加热方式,将有利于提高生产效率和降低能耗。熔盐电解法是一种制备锶合金的有效方法,需要加强电解槽的研制和电解工程技术的研究。锶作为合金化元素加入到合金中之后,能细化合金晶粒,改善合金耐热、机械、抗腐蚀等性能。对锶影响合金组织和性能的机制研究和含锶应用合金的研发工作需要加强。

【Abstract】 Strontium metal and its alloys were prepared through thermal reduction and molten salt electrolysis methods.Strontium alloys were also prepared by the melting method.Using vertical furnaces to replace the original transverse furnaces,and using internal heating,it was helpful to increase production efficiency and reduce energy consumption.Molten salt electrolysis was an effective method for the production of strontium alloys.We enhanced to design and prepare advanced electrolysis cells,and to study the electrolytic engineering processes.As an alloying element,the addition of strontium into alloys refined alloy grains,and therefore,improved the heat-resistant,mechanical,and anti-corrosive properties of the alloys.The mechanisms of strontium affecting alloy structure and properties would be further studied.Strontium-containing applied alloys would be further developed.
