【摘要】 区域平衡发展既是世界性的难题,也是各国政府宏观调控的重要目标。以中央新疆工作座谈会的召开为标志,贯彻落实邓小平同志"两个大局观",实行经济、干部、人才、教育、科技全方位对口支援,已经成为西部地区实现跨越式发展和长治久安的重要区域政策。本文试图考察各国解决区域发展不平衡的主要做法及其局限性,分析我国区域平衡发展战略的基本特征及其可能走向,研究探索适应正处于国际社会大变革、大调整、大发展时期的区域平衡发展模式的可行性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Regional balanced development is a tough question around the world,and is also an important objective in terms of macroeconomic regulation and control in many countries.With holding of the central symposium work in Xinjiang as a symbol and implementation of "the two overall situation viewpoints" of Comrade Deng Xiaoping,all-round counterpart assistance which involved in economy,official,talent,education,science and technology has become an important regional policy.This policy will promote the realization of great-leap-forward development and the long term peace and stability in west area.This paper attempts to examine the main methods and its limitations of solving the imbalance problem of regional development in other countries,and to analyze the essential characteristics and possible future orientation of balanced regional development strategy in China.This paper also tries to research and explore the feasible regional balanced development model which is adapted to the international social environment of rapid revolution,adjustment and development.更多还原
