【摘要】 目的了解遵义市Ⅱ型糖尿病患者生命质量现状。方法采用世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)对遵义市202例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者的生命质量状况进行基线和问卷调查,应用SPSS 17.0统计软件进行数据录入和分析,对数据采用独立样本的t检验和方差分析。结果遵义市Ⅱ型糖尿病患者总体生命质量得分普遍受损,与常模的差异有显著性(P<0.01);各领域得分与常模比较,在生理领域和环境领域差异有显著性(P<0.01);男女不同性别在生理领域和社会领域中也有显著性差异(P<0.05),男性在生理领域高于女性,而女性在社会领域高于男性;农村和城镇患者在环境领域差异也有显著性,城镇患者明显高于农村(P<0.05);不同年龄段患者在生理领域差异有显著性(P<0.05),不同文化程度患者在生理领域差异也存在显著性(P<0.05);Ⅱ型糖尿病患者无并发症生命质量各维度均高于有并发症者,差异有显著性(P<0.05);病程越长在生理领域差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论性别、家庭居住地、年龄、文化程度、慢性并发症和病程等都是影响遵义市Ⅱ型糖尿病患者生命质量的主要因素。糖尿病防治工作应有重点、分对象,提供综合性的干预措施和有针对性的防控方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】To explore the status of the quality of life about patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in Zunyi city.【Methods】WHOQOL-BREF were used to survey the QOL about 202 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in Zunyi City.【Results】The general QOL about patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in Zunyi City was damaged universally,showed statistical differences with the norm(P <0.01);Compared with the norm in each fields,the score in physical field and environmental field showed statistical differences(P <0.01);There were statistical differences in physical field and social field between sex of male and female(P <0.05),the male had better QOL in physical field,while the female had better QOL in social fields;There was also statistical differences in environmental field between patients of urban and rural(P <0.05),urban was significantly higher than rural;Patients among different periods of age displayed statistical differences in physical field(P <0.05),and Patients among different degree of education displayed statistical differences in physical field as well(P <0.05).All areas the quality of life of type2 diabetes patients with no complications were higher than those have complications,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).The longer the course,the more statistical significance in the physical field will be(P <0.01).【Conclusions】The QOL about patients with type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus in Zunyi City was mainly influenced by factors such as sex,family residence,age,the degree of education,chronic complications and course.Focus and object should be set in preventing and treating type Ⅱdiabetes mellitus in Zunyi City.Active all-round preventive measures and treatment should be offered.更多还原
