【摘要】 目的探讨多生理参数分析远程无线心电监测和动态心电图在社区中的应用价值及效价。方法使用远程无线心电监测检查系统,建立院外社区心脏病监护网络。采用自身对照,328例因心悸、胸闷、头晕、黑朦或晕厥等不适患者的远程心电监测和动态心电图的检出结果。结果远程心电监测组检出偶发房性早搏、偶发室性早搏及心肌缺血等重要心律失常比动态心电图多(P<0.05)。远程心电监测24 h花费100元,包月300元,动态心电图24 h花费287元。结论对发作无规律、间歇发作、持续时间短的心律失常及一过性心肌缺血的检出,远程心电监测价效更好。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】Analysis of multiple physiological parameters wireless remote ECG monitoring and dynamic electrocardiogram in the community’s application value and potency.【Methods】Using the remote wireless ECG monitoring and inspection system,to establish the college community cardiac care network.Using self-reflection,328 patients with palpitation,chest tightness,dizziness or syncope,amaurosis discomfort in patients with remote ECG monitoring and dynamic electrocardiogram detection results.【Results】Remote ECG monitoring group were episodic atrial premature beats,occasional premature ventricular and myocardial ischemia and arrhythmia in dynamic electrocardiogram more than(P <0.05).Remote ECG monitoring 24 hours spent 100 yuan,monthly 300 yuan,and dynamic electrocardiogram for 24 hours to spend 287 yuan.【Conclusion】On the episode without law,intermittent episodes,short duration of arrhythmia and transient myocardial ischemia detection,remote ECG monitoring price effect is better.更多还原
