【摘要】 目的探讨颅咽管瘤组织炎症和白细胞共同抗原(CD45)的表达及意义。方法检测30例颅咽管瘤组织病理,采用免疫组化SP法检测CD45蛋白在30例颅咽管瘤组织炎症中的表达,并计算CD45标记指数(CD45 LI)。结果 CD45在颅咽管瘤组织普遍表达,造釉细胞型颅咽管瘤CD45 LI显著高于鳞状乳头型颅咽管瘤(P<0.05)。结论颅咽管瘤炎症可能是肿瘤与周围组织结构粘连的重要因素,不同病理类型颅咽管瘤组织炎症差异存在显著性,不同病理类型颅咽管瘤组织炎症差异可能影响其手术切除及预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】 To investigate the inflammation and expression of leukocyte common antigen(CD45) in craniopharyngioma tissues and its significance.【Methods】 Inflammation in 30 craniopharyngioma samples was examined.The expression of CD45 in these samples was detected by SP immunohistochemistry and CD45 labeling index(CD45 LI) was calculated.【Results】 The expression of CD45 existed commonly in craniopharyngioma samples and the CD45 LI in admantinomatous craniopharyngiomas was much higher than that in squamous papillary tumors(P <0.05).【Conclusion】 Inflammation of craniopharyngioma tissues may play a major role in the formation of tumor adhesiveness to surrounding tissues.There is significantly different inflammation between two types of craniopharyngioma and this may affect the resection and prognosis of craniopharyngioma patients.更多还原
