BMP-2结合纳米羟基磷灰石/高分子聚合物修复兔桡骨缺损的实验研究

【摘要】 目的探讨BMP-2复合n-HA/n-LDIG修复骨缺损的效果。方法构建兔桡骨缺损模型,将BMP-2复合n-HA/n-LDIG植入缺损处,对其进行大体观察、X线检查和组织学检查。结果实验组和对照组新生骨所占骨缺损面积百分比随时间延长而升高,其差异均具有显著性(P<0.05);同期,实验组高于对照组,对照组高于空白组,其差异均具有显著性(P<0.05)。综合大体观察、X线检查和组织学检查等结果发现随着时间的延长,实验组修复效果优于对照组,对照组优于空白组。结论 BMP-2复合n-HA/n-LDIG具有良好的骨缺损修复效果,它能为临床应用提供理论基础和实验依据,为骨修复材料的研制提供新的思路。

【Abstract】 【Objective】 To investigate the ability of BMP-2 combined with n-HA/n-LDIG repairing bone defect.【Methods】 Rabbit bone defect model were structured and BMP-2 combined with n-HA/n-LDIG were implanted.General observation,X-ray examination,histological examination was made.【Results】 New bone occupied area percentage of bone defects in experimental and control groups were increased with time and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05);During the same period,experimental group was higher than control group and control group was higher than blank group.The differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).The comprehensive results of general observation,X-ray examination and histological examination showed that effect of experimental group was better than control group and control group was better than blank group with time.【Conclusion】 BMP-2 combined with n-HA/n-LDIG has good effect of repairing bone defects that could provide theoretical foundation and experimental basis for the clinical application and new ideas for the development of bone repair materials.
