【摘要】 目的研究Med19基因在人胆管癌组织中的表达及其意义。方法应用免疫组化和R T-PCR检测Med19基因在胆管癌组织、癌旁组织和正常组织中的表达。结果胆管癌组织中的Med19表达显著高于癌旁组织和正常组织,而癌旁组织和正常组织间Med19表达无明显差异。Med19表达高低与肿瘤分化程度相关,但在不同性别、年龄、TNM分期、淋巴结转移之间无明显差异。结论 Med19参与了胆管癌的发生、发展过程,有可能成为胆管癌的诊断指标和治疗靶点。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】 To investigate the expression and significance of Med19 in cholangiocarcinoma.【Methods】 The expression of Med19 was examined by immunohistochemistry and real-time PCR in 90 cases of cholangiocarcinoma,30 cases of adjacent normal bile duct tissues and 30 cases of bile duct tissues.【Results】 Med19 positive expression rate in cholangiocarcinoma was significantly higher than that in adjacent normal bile duct tissues and bile duct tissues,the expression of Med19 was correlated with histologic grading,but not with sex,age,TNM staging and lymph node metastasis.【Conclusion】 High expression of Med19 in cholangiocarcinoma suggests it related to cholangiocarcinoma occurrence and progression,it can be a new target for early diagnosis and therapy.更多还原
