【摘要】 目的探讨微血管减压术(MVD)治疗老年性三叉神经痛的效果和安全性。方法回顾性分析2008年9月~2012年3月该院MVD手术的34例老年患者,总结其疗效及并发症。结果有效33例(总效率为97.1%),其中疗效优31例(91.2%),疗效良2例(5.8%),无效1例(2.9%);并发症有脑脊液漏1例,轻度面瘫2例,面部麻木2例。结论在有效围手术期处理下,MVD可治愈或缓解老年性三又神经痛。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】 To explore the efficacy and safety of microvascular decompression(MVD) for treatment of senile trigeminal neuralgia.【Methods】 We retrospectively analyzed 34 senile patients with trigeminal neuralgia who underwent microvascular decompression between September,2008 and March,2012 in our Hospital and summed up the curative effect and the complications.【Results】 Effective 33 cases(the total rate of 97.1%),of which curative effect optimal 31 cases(91.2%),and the results were good in 2 cases(5.8%),invalid 1 cases(2.9%);Complications of cerebrospinal fluid leakage was 1,mild paralysis was 2 cases,facial numbness was 2 cases.【Conclusion】 In the effective perioperative period,with MVD can we cure or alleviate senile neuropathic pain.更多还原
