【摘要】 目的评价九味镇心颗粒以及九味镇心颗粒联合小剂量帕罗西汀治疗广泛性焦虑症(心脾两虚证)的临床疗效。方法选择符合中医心脾两虚辨证的广泛性焦虑障碍患者90例,随机分为九味镇心颗粒组、帕罗西汀组以及九味镇心颗粒与帕罗西汀联用组,每组30例。比较三组的临床疗效和药物不良反应。结果九味镇心颗粒组有效率为82.14%,帕罗西汀组为85.71%,九味镇心颗粒合用帕罗西汀组为89.29%。三组疗效相当,差异无显著性(P>0.05),九味镇心颗粒和联合治疗组较帕罗西汀治疗组不良反应少且程度低。结论单独使用九味镇心颗粒及联用小剂量帕罗西汀治疗广泛性焦虑症疗效确切,副反应发生率低,耐受性较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】To assess the efficacy of Jiuweizhenxin granula and Jiuweizhenxin granula combined low-dose paroxetine in the treatment of general anxiety disorder.【Methods】90 patients with general anxiety disorder(heart and spleen deficiency type) were recruited and were at random divided into three groups:Jiuweizhenxin granula,paroxetine and Jiuweizhenxin granula plus low-dose paroxetin group,with 30 in each group.We compared the efficacy and adverse effects of the three groups.【Results】The effective rate of Jiuweizhenxin group was 82.14%,the effective rate of paroxetine group was 85.71%,and the effective rate of Jiuweizhenxin plus paroxetine group was 89.29%.The clinical efficacy is almost the same among the three groups without significant difference(P>0.05),but compared with paroxetine group,Jiuweizhenxin group and Jiuweizhenxin granula plus low-dose paroxetin group have less and more mild adverse reactions.【Conclusion】Use Jiuweizhenxin granula alone or plus low-dose paroxetine are effective and tolerable with low incidence of side-effect in the treatment of general anxiety disorder.更多还原
