【摘要】 目的系统评价快速检测(R T)试验诊断HIV感染的临床应用价值。方法计算机检索PubMed(1966～2010.12)、EMBASE(1974～2010.12)、中国生物医学文献数据库CBM(1978～2010.12)、中国期刊全文数据库CNK(I1994～2010.12)等,全面收集快速检测HIV抗体的临床诊断试验。按QUADAS条目对纳入研究文献进行质量评价,应用统计软件Meta-DiSc1.4和STATA11.0进行数据分析。结果最终纳入14个研究,结果显示:快速检测诊断试验敏感度、特异度、阳性似然比(+LR)、阴性似然比(-LR)、诊断优势比(DOR)及SR OC曲线下面积分别为:100%(95%CI 99%-100%),99%(95%CI 99%-99%),118.40(95%CI 60.27-232.57),0.01(95%CI 0.00-0.04),16 398.26(95%CI 6 617.73-40 633.71)和0.9991。结论快速检测诊断HIV感染的敏感性和特异性均很高,是临床上快速筛查HIV感染者的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】To evaluate the diagnostic value of anti-human immunodeficiency virus Ab rapid tests.【Methods】By searching PubMed,EMBSE,CBM,CNKI et al,we collect all diagnostic tests about anti-human immunodeficiency virus Ab rapid tests.QUADAS items were used to evaluate the quality of the included studies.The sensitivity,specificity,diagnostic odds ratio(DOR),and systematic receiver operating characteristic curves(SROC) were calculated to assess the diagnostic value of individual diagnostic tests.The data was analyzed by using statistic software Meta-DiSc1.4 and STATA11.0.【Results】14 trials that included a total of 11137 patients were analyzed in the systematic review.The summary values of sensitivity,specificity,positive likelihood ratio,negative likelihood ratio,DOR and SROC curve of anti-human immunodeficiency virus Ab rapid tests were 100%(95%CI 99%-100%),99%(95%CI 99%-99%),118.40(95%CI 60.27-232.57),0.01(95%CI 0.00-0.04),16398.26(95%CI 6617.73-40633.71) and 0.9991,respectively.【Conclusion】The sensitivity and specificity of anti-human immunodeficiency virus Ab rapid tests was fairly high,which can be regarded as an effective and feasible method for detection the HIV virus infection.更多还原
