【摘要】 目的观察阿托伐他汀联合厄贝沙坦治疗高血压早期肾损害的临床疗效。方法 51例高血压早期肾损害患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,两组均予接受厄贝沙坦150mg口服,每日1次,如治疗2周仍不能达到目标血压(130/80mmHg,1mmHg=0.133kPa),则增加厄贝沙坦用量至300mg,每日1次;治疗组在原有治疗基础上加服阿托伐他汀,每次10mg,每日1次,均连续治疗12周。治疗前后,分别测定尿微量白蛋白(MAU)、尿β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)、尿N-乙酰-β-D氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)、血胱抑素(CysC)、总胆固醇(CHOL)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL)。结果两组治疗后MAU、β2-MG、NAG、CysC较治疗前显著下降(P<0.01),治疗组治疗后MAU、β2-MG、NAG、CysC低于同期的对照组(P<0.01),两组治疗前后CHOL、TG、HDL、LDL差异均无显著性(P值均>0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀与厄贝沙坦联合应用在延缓高血压早期肾损害进展方面能够起到协同作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】 It is to observe the clinical curative effect of Atorvastatin combined with Irbesartan on early renal damage caused by hypertension.【Methods】 51patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group and all were given Irbesartan 150mg taken orally once a day.Increased 150 mg of Irbesartan dosage each day if it can’t reach the target blood pressure(130/80 mmHg,1 mmHg=0.133 kPa).Treatment group were given Atorvastatin 10mg a time and one time a day based on those given.The uric albumin(MAU),urine β2-microgloculin(β2-MG),N-acetyl-beta-glucosaminidase(NAG),serum cystatin C(CysC),cholesterol(CHOL),triglyceride(TG),high-density lipoprotein(HDL) and low-density lipoprotein(LDL) were determined before and after treatment.【Results】 After therapy,the levels of MAU,β2-MG,NAG and CysC were significantly lower than that of the control and before treatment,the differences were significant(P <0.01),there were no significant differences in serum CHOL,TG,HDL and LDL between the 2 groups before and after treatment(P >0.05).【Conclusion】 The combination application of Atorvastatin and Irbesartan has a synergistic action on delaying the early renal damage caused by hypertension.更多还原
