【摘要】 目的比较瑞芬太尼与芬太尼在声带息肉摘除术中的麻醉效果。方法选择ASAⅠ、Ⅱ级声带息肉手术患者50例,随机分为瑞芬太尼组和芬太尼组,每组25例,观察两组患者在支持喉镜下声带息肉摘除术中的血流动力学、苏醒及拔管时间、不良反应发生率及术后疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)方面的差异。结果瑞芬太尼组较芬太尼组血流动力学波动小(P<0.05),苏醒及拔管时间短(P<0.05),VAS评分较高(P<0.05)。结论瑞芬太尼应用于声带息肉摘除术具有血流动力学稳定、苏醒时间快、苏醒质量高等优点,但是术后早期需要镇痛治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】To compare the analgesic effect of Remifentanil and Fentanyl to vocal polyp extirpation.【Methods】50 patients scheduled for vocal polyp extirpation(ASAⅠ or Ⅱ) were selected and randomly divided into Remifentanil group and Fentanyl group.The hemodynamics during anaesthetic induction,palinesthesia and extubation time,incidence of side effects and vision analog score(VAS) were recorded.【Results】The hemodynamics during anaesthetic induction of Remifentanil group were more stable than those of Fentanyl group(P <0.05).In Remifentanil group,the palinesthesia and extubation time was shorter than those in Fentanyl group(P <0.05),while the VAS score was higher than that in Fentanyl group(P <0.05).【Conclusion】With stabilizing hemodynamics,short resuscitation time and better quality of resuscitation,Remifentanil can be used safely and effectively in vocal polyp extirpation under general anesthesia,but the postoperative pain should be eased in time.更多还原
