【摘要】 目的研究探讨2型糖尿病患者血浆内脂素与炎症因子之间的关系,以指导临床治疗。方法选取该院2008年1月~2010年10月门诊健康体检和住院病人肥胖2型糖尿病患者、非肥胖2型糖尿病患者各50例,单纯性肥胖者45例,健康体检人40例作为对照组,通过观察各组研究对象WC、BMI和WRT(腰臀比)等情况及FPG、PBG2h、FINS和HbA1c等生化指标,研究探讨各组血浆visfatin与部分炎症因子(hs-CRP、IL-6和TNF-α)的关系,并分析其在2型糖尿病患者的作用,将其与炎症介质作相关性研究分析。结果血浆中Visfatin的浓度变化随着患者WC、WRT、FPG、PBG2h、FINS、HbA1c及hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α等炎症介质相关的各项指标升高而升高,呈正相关变化。结论血浆中内脂素与hs-CRP、IL-6和TNF-α等炎症因子与糖尿病的发生之间有密切关系,应该引起高度重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】 To investigate the relationship between plasma lipid and inflammation factor for the type 2 diabetes patients.【Methods】 In January 2008 to October 2010 50 cases of obese patients with type 2 diabetes and 50 cases of non-obese patients with type 2 diabetes from outpatient medical examination and hospitalization and 45 cases of pure fat person were recruited,healthy check-up of 40 cases were used as control group.The inflammation factors visfatin plasma(hs-CRP,IL-6,TNF alpha) were analyzed of patients with type 2 diabetes through observing,BMI,WC WRT and PBG2h,FINS,FPG,HbA1c.【Result】 Visfatin plasma concentration increased with the WC,WRT,PBG2h,FINS,FPG HbA1c and hs-CRP,IL-6,TNF alpha,presenting a positive correlation.【Conclusion】 Plasma visfatin,hs-CRP,IL-6,TNF alpha has a close relationship with type 2 diabetes,which should be stressed.更多还原
