【摘要】 目的比较静脉腔内激光(EVLT)和传统手术治疗下肢静脉曲张的疗效。方法分析2009年1月～2011年5月该院采用(EVLT)90例及100例采用传统手术方法治疗下肢静脉曲张的临床资料,并对二者进行了比较性研究。结果 EVLT组在手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间、术后疼痛、术后复发率方面明显优于传统手术组(P<0.05)。结论 EVLT与传统手术相比具有操作简单,手术并发症少,恢复快,复发率低等优点,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objectives】 To compare therapeutic effects between endovenous laser treatment and conventional surgery for lower extremity varicosity.【Methods】 190 cases of lower extrem ity varicose were analyzed from January 2009 to May 2011.78 cases were treated by EVLT and 82 cases by traditional operation.【Results】 Endovenous laser treatment group was better than traditional operation on operation time,blood loss during operation,hospital stay,postoperative pain and recurrence rate(P <0.05).【Conclusions】 EVLT is a treatment with advantages of easy operation,less complication,fast recovery and lower recurrence compared with traditional operation,is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
