基于ANSYS Workbench隧道车车架强度有限元分析
Tunnel vehicle Frame Finite Element Analysis Based on ANSYS workbench
【摘要】 应用Creo建立某隧道车车架实体模型,给出了车架应力分析时的模型简化方法。根据车架的受力特点,提出了两个有限元分析的边界条件,建立了有限元模型。用ANSYS Workbench分别求解两种边界条件下,车架的应力大小和应力分布规律,进行了对比分析,得到了满载静止状态下车架等效应力分布云图,及车架变形云图。
【Abstract】 Application to establish a tunnel vehicle and solid models in Creo frame stress analysis model simplification method.According to the mechanical characteristics of the frame,two finite element analysis of boundary conditions,the finite element model.ANSYS Workbench solving two boundary conditions,the stress of the frame size and stress distribution were comparative analysis of the frame under full load quiescent state stress contours,and frame deformation nephogram.
