非轴对称端壁对压气机性能和流动特性的影响
【摘要】 本文以压气机转子Rotor67为对象,开展了非轴对称端壁造型对转子内部流动及转子性能影响的研究工作,着重分析了轮毂端壁区的二次流动问题。分析结果表明:采用非轴对称端壁可有效降低叶栅二次流损失,减小通道涡强度与范围,提高压气机转子效率,改善转子出口总压分布情况,具有很好的应用前景。
【Abstract】 Influence of non-axisymmetric endwall contour on compressor performance and fluid dynamics has been investigated.Analysis focused on secondary flow of hub endwall region.Results show that non-axisymmetric endwall profiling can efficiently decrease the strength and extent of the passage vortex,reduce the secondary flow loss,thus improve the efficiency of the compressor rotor.Nonaxisymmetric endwall profiling has a good application prospect in compressor design.
