【摘要】 目的回顾性分析了51例脑胶质瘤患者的免疫组化检测结果 ,以探讨Ki-67、P53和PC-NA与病理分级的关系,以及它们对脑胶质瘤预后的影响。方法 51例脑胶质瘤患者,接受手术及术后辅助三维适形放射治疗。用免疫组织化学的方法检测病理切片中Ki-67、P53和PCNA的表达情况,分析它们与病理分级的相关性和预后的影响。结果 Ki-67和PCNA的阳性表达与病理分级呈正相关,与生存率呈负相关。P53与病理分级和生存率无相关性。结论 Ki-67、P53和PCNA是否为脑胶质瘤的独立预后因素尚需大量多因素分析结果证实。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between Ki-67、P53、PCNA and pathological grades, and the influence of prognosis by analysis of fifty-one gliomas.Methods 51 gliomas received surgery and post-operation three dimensional conformal radiotherapy in our hospital. Expression of Ki-67、P53 and PCNA were determined by immunohistochemistry. The relationship between the three marks and pathological grades and the prognostic factors of gliomas were analyzed.Results The positive expressions of Ki-67 and PCNA were positively association with pathological grades, but negatively correlate with survival rates. And there were no relationship between P53 and pathological grades and survival rates. Conclusion It is necessary to confirm Ki-67、P53 and PCNA were the independently prognostic factors of gliomas through multifactor analysis.更多还原
