【摘要】 目的探讨出院后电话随访健康指导对心血管疾病患者康复的促进效果。方法将2008～2009年期间接受心血管疾病治疗后患者240例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各120例,对照组只接受常规随访。观察组电话随访和健康指导。比较两组在健康状况、复诊、用药、膳食、运动和不良嗜好等方面的差异。结果观察组健康状况优于对照组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义,在按时复诊、正确用药、合理膳食、适当锻炼和戒除不良嗜好等方面的表现明显优于对照组(P<0.01),具有统计学意义。结论出院后健康指导对心血管疾病患者的康复是十分必要的。符合现代护理模式,达到良好的治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Toexploretheeffectivenessof post-dischargehealtheducationbytelephoneonthe recovery of cardiovascular disease patients.Methods 120 patients with cardiovascular disease after treatment from 2008 to 2009 were devided into observation group and control group randomly.Normal education and health education by telephone were applied in control group and observation group respectively.To compare difference in observation group and control group at health condition,repeated therapy,using leechdom,food,athletics and bad addiction.Results Health condition is batter in observation group than control group(P < 0.05).It is very good in repeated therapy on time,using accurate leechdom,ology food,difined amount athletics and cuting bad addiction in observation group(P < 0.01).Conclusion Health education is very necessary for cardiovascular disease after treatment.To conform to mode of modern nurse and to receipt good treatment effect.更多还原
