【摘要】 目的评价如意金黄散加蜂蜜与50%硫酸镁外敷治疗PICC术后引机械性静脉炎的效果及安全性。方法通过中文全文数据库(CNKI)、中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、维普数据库和万方数据库全面检索至2012年01月国内已公开发表的相关文献,排除那些不符合选择标准要求的试验,对如意金黄散加蜂蜜与50%硫酸镁外敷治疗PICC术后机械性静脉炎的随机对照试验和临床对照试验数据,运用Cochrane系统评价方法的质量评价标准和RevMan4.2分析软件进行纳入研究数据的分析。结果共纳入的文献4篇,共182例,如意金黄散加蜂蜜组92例,50%硫酸镁组90例,合并比值法0R值及95%可信区间(CI)分别为8.37(4.06,17.24)P<0.0001和21.19(6.27,71.59)P<0.0001,有统计学意义。结论如意金黄散加蜂蜜治疗PICC术后机械性静脉炎的效果优于50%硫酸镁湿敷,可作为临床证据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the therapeutic effect and safety of externally applied ruyi golden powder or 50% Magnesium Sulfate on PICC-induced mechanic phlebitis.Methods Search the literatures published in cnki、vip、wanfangdata、cqvip as early as 2012 January,exclude those experiences that is unfit the selection criteria。We use the quality evaluation criterion according to the Cochrane evaluation criterion and analyze the Peto odds ratio(OR)method by using RevMan4.2 software to the ruyi golden powder or 50% Magnesium Sulfate on PICC-induced mechanic phlebitis randomized control Clinical Trials,(RCTs).Results 4 trials of 182 cases were included which 90 cases were ruyi jinhuang powder,,and 92 cases were 50% Magnesium,the excellence results pooled OR was 8.37 with 95% confidence interval(4.06,17.24).and the effecticve results pooled OR was 21.19 with 95% confidence interval(6.27,71.59),the results have significant different.Conclusion the therapeutic effect and safety of ruyi jinhuang powder on PICC-induced mechanic phlebitis is better than 50% Magnesium Sulfate.It could be the clinic evidence.更多还原
