【摘要】 目的探讨经纤支镜支气管肺泡灌洗并注药治疗难治性肺炎的临床价值。方法我院呼吸科收治的难治性肺炎患者32例为治疗组,另取难治性肺炎患者22例为对照组,治疗组除常规治疗外,反复经纤支镜肺泡灌洗注药,比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗组在住院天数、治疗费用及有效率上,明显好于对照组,且无严重并发症出现。结论经纤支镜支气管肺泡灌洗注药是治疗难治性肺炎的有效方法,有重要的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the clinical value of treatment to patients with refractory pneumonia by bronchofiberscopy bronchoalveolar lavage and injection.Methods Select 32 patients with refractory pneumonia in pneumology department of our hospital as treatment group.Then choose 22 other patients with refractory pneumonia as control group.Patients in treatment group received bronchofiberscopy bronchoalveolar lavage and injection in addition to normal regimen.compare outcomes of the two groups.Results In treatment group,hospital stays were significantly shorter and treatment costs were lower than that in control group.While effective rate of the patients in treatment group was much higher without complications.Conclusion Bronchofiberscopy bronchoalveolar lavage and injection are effective way to treat patients with Refractory pneumonia and have practical clinical value.更多还原
