玫瑰花中总黄酮提取方法比较研究

【摘要】 目的比较不同方法提取玫瑰花中总黄酮的效果。方法分别用超声提取法和回流提取法对玫瑰花药材进行提取,以芦丁为对照品,采用分光光度法测定玫瑰花总黄酮含量。结果总黄酮在10.08~100.8μg/ml范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9994),超声提取法和回流提取法的回收率分别为98.9%和100.3%,RSD分别为1.0%和1.8%。结论超声提取法操作简便,效率高,可适用于工业化生产。

【Abstract】 Objective To make a comparison about the extraction technology of total flavonoids in flowers of rosa rugosa.Methods The contents of total flavonoids were extracted from flowers of rosa rugosa by different methods of regurgitant extracting and ultrasonic wave extraction,that were determined by spectrophotometry with rutin as the reference substance.Results There was good liner relationship between 10.08~100.8 μg/ml(r=0.9994).The recoveries of regurgitant extracting and ultrasonic wave extraction were 98.9%(RSD=1.0%) and 100.3%(RSD=1.8%),respectively.Conclusion The ultrasonic wave extraction is simple,efficient and can be applied in mass production.
