【摘要】 目的探讨外伤致年轻恒牙脱位后再植的临床疗效及其影响因素。方法对2007～2010年在我院口腔科就诊的52例7～14岁儿童年轻恒牙外伤性脱位患者的59颗牙,经常规处理后原位再植,复位固定,随访观察1～2年。结果 59颗外伤脱位牙再植,愈合良好46颗,较好8颗,失败5颗,再植成功率为91.53%。结论离体时间短、正确的保存方法,尽量保护根面牙周膜活性、良好固定和调合、必要时行根管治疗,是年轻恒牙再植成功的重要因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical results and factors affecting the prognosis of the young permanent teeth replanted after traumatic dislocation.Methods 59 traumatic dislocated young permanent teeth of 52 children between 7 to 14 years old in our hospital,treated by situ replantation after conventional treatment,reduction and fixation,and follow-up for 1～2 years.Results 46 teeth healed better,8 healed good and 5 failed of 59 teeth replantation of traumatic dislocation,the rate of replantation success was 91.53%.Conclusion To obtain higher survival rate,it is important to reduce the extral-alveolar,proper preservation methods,carefully protect periodontal membranes,good fixation and blending,and root canal treatment if necessary of the dislocated young permanent teeth.更多还原
