【摘要】 目的探讨药物病灶局部清创联合治疗真菌性角膜溃疡的疗效。方法搜集我科室自2007年5月至2011年4月收治的真菌性角膜溃疡患者49例49眼,根据治疗方法分为两组,A组:采用药物联合病灶局部清创法治疗;B组:单纯采用药物治疗。比较两组疗效。结果 A组疗效明显优于B组。结论药物联合病灶局部清创治疗真菌性角膜溃疡可取得较好疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of lesion debridement of drug combination therapy for treatment of fungal corneal ulcer.Methods I have department collected from May 2007 to April 2011 admitted to the fungus Keratohelcosis in patients 49 cases 49 eyes,according to the treatment was divided into two groups,A group:the use of drugs joint lesion debridement treatment;B Group:mere use of medication.Therapeutic effects were compared.Results A group significantly better than B group.Conclusion Drug treatment of combined lesions debridement of fungal corneal ulcer can achieve better results.更多还原
