【摘要】 目的:描述和评价山东省医疗欠费情况,分析其中存在的问题,为制定缓解医疗欠费问题的政策措施提供参考依据。方法:采用分层随机抽样方法,抽出106所医疗机构,进行问卷调查和统计学分析。结论:医疗欠费已成为山东省各地医疗机构发展中存在的普遍问题,并且已经在一定程度上影响了山东省部分医疗机构的发展;医疗欠费总额在平稳状况下略有增长;公立医疗机构特别是二级以上公立医疗机构医疗欠费问题比较突出;因政府指令性任务而形成的医疗欠费不断增长。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the status of medical services arrearages in Shandong Province,analyze its problems and provide reference for making policy countermeasures.Methods 106 cases of medical institutions were chosen by stratified random sampling method and surveyed with questionnaire.Data was statistically analyzed.Conclusion Medical service arrearage has become a common problem and influenced the operation of medical institutions in Shandong Province.The total amount of medical services arrearages has increased in recent years.The issue of medical services arrearages is more serious in state-owned hospitals,especially in hospitals above grade two.And arrearages from governmental mandatory task keep increasing.更多还原
