【Abstract】 From the question of community health service as well as "difficult and unaffordable to visit doctors",this article analyzed the misunderstanding of community medical care and services,re-categorized the functions of community health services through the use of Theory of Public Goods,hence to put forward the new concepts about medicalcare and services in the communities.This article is academically innovative in research,and it provides the basis of theory and strategic references for making "the new medical reform" sure,and for the development and management of community healthcare and services to implement various policies and systems.更多还原
