【摘要】 目的:调查重症监护室(ICU)医生和护士两组不同人群规范消毒急救仪器的依从性,分析其影响因素,为医院管理及控制医院感染提供决策依据。方法:自行编制ICU医护人员规范消毒急救仪器依从性调查问卷,对新疆地区4所全国"优质护理服务示范工程"试点医院200名ICU医护人员进行问卷调查,了解医护之间规范消毒ICU常用11种急救仪器的依从性的差异。结果:医护人员规范消毒急救仪器的依从性存在差异。Logistic回归分析结果发现:性别、教育程度、接受过相关知识培训的差异是影响两组人群规范消毒依从性不同的因素。结论:ICU医生规范消毒急救仪器的依从性明显低于护士,需加强相关知识培训。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate compliance and influence factors of standard disinfection of first aid equipments between two groups,doctors and nurses,in ICU.To provide decision-making basis for hospital management and nosocomial infection control.Methods:A self-designed questionnaire of compliance of standard disinfection of first aid equipments for ICU medical workers was used to survey 200 ICU medical personnel in 4 pilot hospital of national "high quality nursing service demonstration project" in Xinjiang,to understand the compliance differences of standard disinfection of 11 kinds of first aid equipments between the two groups of medical workers in ICU.Results:The compliance rates of standard disinfection of first aid equipments are different between the two groups of medical workers.Logistic regression analysis indicated that:gender,education level,and related knowledge training are the influencing factors that affect the compliance rates.Conclusion:Compliance rate of doctors is significantly lower than that of nurses for standard disinfection of first aid equipments in ICU.We need to strengthen the training of relevant knowledge for doctors.更多还原
